I’ve also been changing up my exercise & trying new things…this has proved to be entertaining to the people around me but it has been so much more fun to get out of my comfort zone & try new things so that working out is exciting instead of TORTURE. But it’s been a very funny process of me in a hip hop dance class with what seemed to be every single real back up dancer from every rap music video in the room, then me, just trying not to fall over or hit someone in the face as I was doing some version of their moves. How do they even get their bodies to move like that & what’s the secret? I’m telling my booty to pop but…

CrossFit was another adventure I went on in my fitness journey. I absolutely felt like an Olympian every time I finished. The adrenaline rush was crazy. I ended up working out with these two NFL players & it was quite a sight. My competitive nature was roaring like a lion & I kept stacking the weights to try & impress them hahahaha. I just kept getting bigger & bigger even though everyone told me it was so hard for women to build muscle…oh good, I’m the exception to the rule. Anyway I remembered the trainer told me that I had a dream body for Crossfit, which I now know means I have short muscles & they are easy to make them appear large quickly. We were not on the same page with the vision for my body. I’m thinking bond girl, & instead, I was becoming an amazing potential asset for a moving company…
