Blog: Cracking the Code on Health & Fitness


I finally have cracked the code to health & fitness for me! 1. Workout no mater what: 4 times a week doing something you enjoy (I’m doing P90X3 & I really like it). 2. Don’t eat for any reason beside nutrition & health to build your healthy lifestyle: not for entertainment or comfort. Make good choices & eat things from the earth with out a ton of ingredients so your body can recognize what the heck it is. 3. Drink a lot of water. 4. Don’t get your calories from drinks. 5. Do what you know to do, even if it’s not the best or ideal. When you think about it, drop down & do push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks. I keep weights easily accessible & use them here & there.

Just advance by all means necessary. Eventually, all of these things will work together to produce results. If you want faster results, be more aggressive. It’s taken me a long time to figure out what to do but I just keep working.
